These terms cover your use of the Burst app and this website, operated by RAMADAN & CO LTD. Using either means you accept them.

Your licence

Burst is free to use for yourself and inside your organisation. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and run it. You may not resell it, rent it, or redistribute modified copies.

Health and safety

Burst suggests general stretches and small movements. It is not medical advice and is no substitute for a qualified professional. Our safety page explains what that means and when to speak to someone first — please read it, as it forms part of these terms.

What we provide, and what we don't promise

Burst is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a reminder will always arrive when you expect. It is a nudge, not a medical device or a safety system.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to Burst is limited to the amount you paid us for it — which, for the free app, is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Updates

Burst can check for and install its own updates so you stay on a current, secure version. Updates are signed by us and verified before installing. You can decline an update by not running the app, and you can uninstall at any time.

Your content

Your settings and history are yours and stay on your device. We claim no rights over them, and we could not access them if we wanted to.

Ending it

You can stop using Burst at any time by quitting and uninstalling it. We may end this licence if you use the app unlawfully or in a way that harms others.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory rights your local law gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
